Judi has been in the biz for decades, but recently moved to the area and has been making her mark in towns throughout Hartford County as of late. And...it's no wonder....she was voted #1 Interior Designer for The Best of New Haven 2023. The way she melds colors and textures with unique fabrics and artwork is luxury at its finest. What we love about her designs is that they are not stuffy or over the top, but rather inviting and cozy (all the things rooms should be). COTTONWOOD & CHURCH VINTAGE HOME SHOP TO OLD WETHERSFIELD
We hear that there is a cool little vintage home store going into the One Hope on Main space (the same spot where the new children's boutique, Raised on Ridge, will be located) in Old Wethersfield. Cottonwood + Church is currently operating in space out of Griswold Antiques in Glastonbury. They will be opening this new storefront when renos are complete on this space. In the meantime, we'll be drooling over their Insta feed and all the incredible pieces they offer. Stay tuned for an opening date!
DORO MARKETPLACE OPENING SOON
DORO Marketplace is opening location #3 on the Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield soon. The owners took the old Chips Family Restaurant and transformed it into the most beautiful spot inside and out. They gave us a potential opening date, but do not want to reveal publicly pending possible construction delays (Because...ya never know these days!) and final inspections. We have heard it's this week...we will have the exact date on our social pages.
ICYMI: HUNGRY POT IS NOW OPEN
The Wethersfield Hungry Pot is now open in the plaza with UltaBeauty. There has been a lot of excitement about this new eatery. They have an interesting concept: Korean BBQ and Hot Pot ALL YOU CAN EAT. If you've tried it, we would love to hear your thoughts!
